I am Brittney Miller, a 32-year-old female business owner, wife, mother and the woman behind Empire.
My story did not begin with everything figured out. I know what it feels like to be homeless. I know what it feels like to be left as a young adult — I was only 16 — and have to learn how to fend for myself. There were seasons when survival was the only thing I knew.
I wasn't always a God-fearing woman. But I am not ashamed of the road that brought me here. Every hard season, every loss, every lesson and every time I had to get back up helped shape the woman I am today.
Now, God is number one on my list. Everything I build, everything I touch and everything I do, I do with His hands and His grace. My faith is not separate from Empire. It is part of the foundation.
Empire is my decision to turn everything I have lived through into something that can outlive me. Something my family can be proud of. Something that creates opportunity. Something that keeps moving forward.
I am not building Empire just to have a business.
I am building an Empire that belongs in the future.

Our Story Was Built
Before Our Business Was.
We are Brittney Miller and Angel Miller — high school sweethearts, wives, parents, and the heart behind Empire.
Our story began on November 23, 2010. We were just 15 and 16 years old when we fell in love. Even back then, Angel and I would sit down together and map out our entire future. She had it all planned — our business, our wedding, our family, even the names we would give our children.
But life did not follow the map we drew at 15 and 16. We faced curveballs, trials, changes and seasons we never expected. There were moments when life took us down separate paths. Through every twist and turn, we learned something powerful: God had another plan for us.
His plan brought us back to each other — stronger, wiser and more determined than ever. Today, we are blessed with a son and a daughter, and we celebrate the love and resilience that carried us through it all. On May 13, 2022, we finally said “I do” and made our forever official.
Then came another chapter: Empire, founded in 2018. What started as a dream became a business built on the same values that carried our family forward — loyalty, hard work, perseverance, honesty and treating people the way we want to be treated.

How do I book a service?+
Everything books through Square right here on the site: pick your service, pay the required deposit, and choose the appointment time that works for you. Your confirmation and receipt come straight from Square — and Brittney is a call or text away at (740) 542-1403.
What’s included in a cleaning?+
Residential cleans are detailed and built around your home and how you actually live — kitchens, bathrooms, living areas and the spots most crews skip. Commercial covers offices, retail, warehouses, hotels, apartment common areas and recurring janitorial. Move-in / move-out deep cleans are there for turnovers and transitions.
What about landscaping, epoxy floors and property care?+
Landscaping is sized to your yard, and epoxy flake floors run about $3 per square foot for garages, shops, basements and commercial floors. Painting runs $2 per square foot for interior and exterior walls — pick your size and book it. Property care is flexible maintenance and property-support work, quoted to fit what your space needs — one crew for all of it.
How does pricing work?+
Prices are listed by size — pick your size and you’ll see the full price in Square before you pay. Custom jobs are measured and quoted before any work begins, and larger projects only need a 30% materials deposit up front — lower than most local companies.
What areas do you serve?+
Empire is based in Chillicothe and covers Ross County plus about a 30-minute drive — Circleville, Waverly, Jackson, Ashville and nearby communities. Not sure if you’re in range? Text Brittney and she’ll confirm the same day.
Can you set up a recurring or property care schedule?+
Yes — weekly, monthly or multi-property service gets a custom schedule built around your property. For rentals, every make-ready turnover comes with a photo punch list, so you can see the work without being there. A quick walkthrough and Brittney builds your plan.
